In the overhaul of the furnace service, Yang Zhan 'an innovatively designed the replacement plan of the converter outlet port of "hoisting is in place, and positioning is in place", which shortened the single overhaul time of the outlet port by 80%, creating favorable conditions for the early completion of the furnace service overhaul. The capacity of the slag basin was increased from 8m³ to 13.76m³, which increased the capacity of the slag basin and extended the turnover cycle of the slag basin.

In the special investigation of the water supply system, he conducted a case-by-case investigation of 58 process main pumps, eliminated 37 hidden dangers of the equipment, controlled the coaxial error of the coupling at 3-5um after investigation and treatment, and the bearing temperature was < 75℃, which improved the operating conditions of the water supply system. Organized the establishment of temperature and vibration measurement ledger of workshop operating equipment, carried out deterioration tendency analysis and management of operating equipment, investigated and treated loosening, leakage and other basic equipment management problems in time, strictly controlled equipment deterioration, and promoted production in line with equipment stability.

Especially in the process of continuous casting tundish transformation, under the leadership of Rong Lijiang, deputy director of the equipment of the steel plant, the tundish transformation was successfully completed under the condition of ensuring the constant flow spacing of the continuous casting machine and the casting center line. Yang Zhan An made a secondary design of the tundish drawing according to the use requirements and the actual situation on site, extending the left and right tundish by 100mm to the center line of the casting machine respectively, increasing the distance between the center line of the ladle water outlet and the wall of the continuous casting tundish, effectively reducing the erosion of the wall of the molten steel impact zone, and extending the service life of the tundish and the resistant material. The original design life of 40 hours continuous casting machine tundish is increased to 50 hours, which is 10 hours longer than the original design life. At the same time, the supporting intermediate charter car and tipping machine have also been reformed, and after improvement, the two continuous casting machines can reduce the heat exchange more than 6 times per month, and it is estimated that the annual effect of this can exceed 300,000 yuan.

After the large steelmaking project is put into operation, in order to ensure the circulating water quality, the equipment and facilities of the circulating water pump room and filters need to be regularly discharged to reduce the indicators of calcium hardness and chloride ions of the circulating water. Under the call of "saving water and reducing cost and eliminating external discharge" put forward by the factory ministry, Yang Zhan 'an sorted out the water pipe network in many parts of the factory, consulted the process drawings, formulated the transformation plan and carried out technical exchanges with the leaders of the factory and relevant professional manufacturers, optimized the transformation of part of the water system pipe network, and introduced the sewage from the second cold pool of the pump room, the sewage discharge of the clean ring pool and the pipe filter into the stagnant slag tank. Instead of the original water used in the dull slag tank, the water is replaced by sewage, and the backwash water discharged from the energy and power plant is introduced into the second cold water tank to improve the quality of the second cold water. At the same time, the sewage from the crystallizer and the oxygen gun water is also introduced into the secondary cold tank for the use of the dull slag. The improvement not only makes effective use of wastewater, but also improves the quality of secondary cold water and saves water resources. It is estimated that the improvement can save 600,000 yuan in water bills annually.

At present, he is responsible for the work related to the vaporization system and gas recovery system. In terms of steam recovery, he first focuses on the basic insulation work of the vaporization pipeline to reduce heat loss. In addition, adjust the drum pressure and heat accumulator pressure, and coordinate the production department to adjust the smelting rhythm of the converter under the premise of ensuring production, so that the converter alternately send steam, reduce the fluctuation of the main steam pressure, and stabilize the steam quality. After the implementation of this initiative, tons of steel recovered steam from the original 80 kg to 100 kg.

In order to improve the staff's awareness and level of equipment management, Yang Zhan 'an in addition to providing technical support to the workshop, in the daily work also carried out "coaching", training frontline staff, training content from the daily "five sense method" point inspection points, to the use of various precision instruments, technical data calculation, inspection and maintenance standard operation. As well as the practical problems encountered at the maintenance site, he will also choose some typical cases to compile into a single point course for training. Since my entry, I have compiled 72 single-point courses and trained more than 500 people, which has improved the staff's theoretical reserve and equipment management level. Update and revise nearly 9 "Maintenance Technical Standards" and "Maintenance operation standards" to promote the gradual standardization of maintenance operations.
