On March 1, the hydrogen energy transportation scene of finished goods from Tianjin Rongcheng Steel Factory to Jinghai District customer factory was upgraded again, and 35 national six fuel oil vehicles were replaced by hydrogen energy vehicles, opening a new pattern of hydrogen energy transportation of finished goods in Tianjin City. This is another major breakthrough in the field of hydrogen energy transportation since August 2021, when Rongcheng Group put into use Tianjin's first hydrogen energy transportation demonstration application scenario, and Rongcheng Group also became one of the first steel enterprises in Tianjin to achieve a clean transportation ratio of more than 80%.

 Form a unified, efficient, competitive and orderly logistics market and other aspects of "good work and good success". Rongcheng Group preliminarily plans to use two years to complete the goal of upgrading fuel vehicles to replace 2,000 hydrogen vehicles through the Rongcheng intelligent transportation platform, to achieve the extension of the Rongcheng cargo trunk transportation scenario, to promote the logistics industry to actively implement the "double carbon" goal, and to promote the high-quality development of the industry.

It is reported that from March, Rongcheng Group's short distance transportation of coal in Tianjin will achieve 100% hydrogen energy transportation. Since then, all the coal of Rongcheng Group has realized the clean transportation mode of "railway transportation + hydrogen energy transportation".

While the proportion of hydrogen energy transportation of raw materials and finished steel has been greatly increased, the short-back transportation of materials in the Group plant has also opened the road of upgrading the scene from national six fuel vehicles to hydrogen energy vehicles, and after the first upgrade in March, more than 30% of the transportation capacity will be converted to hydrogen energy transportation.

The addition and upgrading of these scenarios will accelerate the construction of infrastructure related to the hydrogen energy transportation industry in the region, open up the bottleneck of hydrogen energy logistics and transportation in the region, further reduce the cost of hydrogen energy transportation, and help the regional economy and the high-quality development of regional enterprises.
